Taking care of your mental health through meditation and mindfulness will help reduce stress and increase resilience.  Below are some great places to get started:
  • Meditation:
    • Take a Deep Breath has a collection of meditations, sleep stories, music, and more.
    • Headspace offers free meditation sessions through their app and website, and is currently offering free classes geared toward healthcare professionals and educators.

  • Virtual Museum Tours: 
    • Google Arts and Culture partnered with over 3,400 museums and art galleries around the world to offer virtual tours of their spaces.  These include New York's Museum of Modern Art and Amsterdam's Van Gogh Museum.
