We had such success with the 2008 WALK and we are ready to build on that. We need your support this year more than ever as NAMI continues to spread awareness about mental health issues throughout the State of Maryland.
Because of our huge success, we have officially outgrown the ability to use our WALK location of six years, Centennial Park. After much deliberation and consideration, In addition to our partnership with DHMH, NAMI Maryland has partnered with ACTIVE MINDS, a university level mental health awareness organization to host our 2009 WALK at the University of Maryland, College Park!
